For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, debit cards, and most major credit cards. Payment is expected at the time services are performed. Feel free to contact our office if your treatment plan requires more comprehensive dental work and you want to discuss financial arrangements.
Financial Policy
Thank you for choosing our dental practice for your care. We are committed to providing high-quality treatment in a transparent and professional manner. To help ensure a smooth experience, we ask that you review and understand our financial policy. Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless prior financial arrangements have been made. We accept cash, credit/debit cards and approved financing options. As a courtesy, we submit claims to your dental insurance company on your behalf. However, please understand that dental insurance is a contract between you and your insurance provider. We will do our best to estimate your coverage, which is provided by your insurance carrier but it is only an estimate. If your insurance company does not cover a procedure or pay less than expected, you are financially responsible for the remaining balance.
